What is the difference between DXN Fruit Vinegar and other vinegars?
There are several types of vinegar in the market which differ in raw materials and processing techniques. Vinegars are categorised into two types: fermented vinegar and synthetic vinegar. Synthetic vinegar usually contains artificial flavour and colour but has very little nutritional value. DXN Fruit Vinegar is made from a fermentation process which extracts the nutrient of the fresh fruit during the process. Thereby the flavour and colour of the fermented vinegar and fruits are maintained.
